What are shipping & handling costs?*

When will my order be shipped?
Most purchases are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
How will my order be shipped?
Packages under 4 lbs. by USPS Priority Mail. United States packages over 4 lbs. by UPS (be sure to include a physical address). All packages shipped outside the United States are sent by USPS.
I live outside the United States, will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees are determined by your own country's customs agency. As a retailer, we are required by law to mark customs fees with the actual package contents and value as “merchandise."
Will the yarn I am purchasing be from the same dye lot?
We hand pick skeins for each order and try our best to give you matching skeins. Often with hand-dyed yarn there is variety within batches. If we do not feel the skeins are well matched, we will call or email you with other options.
What if I change my mind and want to return yarn I ordered?
We are happy to accept returns of yarn in new condition for a 15% restocking fee. The remaining cost balance can be used toward replacement yarn or issued as a store credit to be used on your next purchase. Shipping fees on returned orders are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I did not receive the correct items in my order?
Every effort is put into ensuring orders are packaged correctly, but occasionally we make mistakes. If you discover an error with your order, please contact us by phone at 603.244.8050 or email lupineblossoms@gmail.com to describe the error. We will then work with you to have the correct items sent out to you and send a return label to return the incorrect items.
Within the United States & US Territories:
- purchases up to $50: $8.50 shipping
- purchases $51-$80: $10.50 shipping
- purchases $81-$150: $15.50 shipping
- purchases over $150: free shipping
- *Excludes looms and spinning wheels. Shipping and handling for those items will be calculated upon receipt of buyer shipping info and invoiced separately.

- purchases up to $100: $17.50 shipping
- purchases $101-$200: $20.50 shipping
- purchases $201-$300: $25.50 shipping
- purchases over $300: free shipping
